How long does it take to receive my azulejos at home?
Since each project is customized and made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Once you have agreed to the quote, we aim to deliver the azulejos to you within one month.

Are the azulejos also installed in my home?
Tegão does not provide installation services for azulejos. However, we can connect you with one of our tile installation partners who deliver quality craftsmanship.
3.
Are these azulejos also suitable for flooring?
No. Our standard azulejos are designed as wall tiles. If desired, we can provide patterned floor tiles. However, the finish of these tiles is different, resulting in a matte appearance.

What are the costs per square meter, and are there discounts available for larger quantities?
We provide a tailored quote for each project. Costs vary depending on the design. You can find an indication of prices on our pricing page. Naturally, we offer lower prices for larger quantities of square meters. Send us a message, and we will get back to you on this without obligation.
5.
Are the azulejos suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Absolutely! In Portugal, you can find azulejos both indoors and outdoors. Due to the way they are fired, they are scratch and fade resistant.
6.
Are there any special techniques or products required for the maintenance of the azulejos?
Our azulejos are very easy to maintain. A cloth and some soapy water are more than enough to keep them clean.
7.
Where are the azulejos produced?
All azulejos come directly from Portugal. We produce our azulejos in the region of Leiria.
8.
Can I receive samples to see how the azulejos look?
As mentioned earlier, we custom-make each tile to order, making each piece unique. However, we do have a wide variety of patterns available that we would be happy to share with you. Please send us a message to schedule an appointment for that.
9.
What size are the tiles?
Normally, our azulejos are 15cm by 15cm. One square meter consists of 44 tiles.
10.
Are other sizes of azulejos also available to order?
Yes, that is possible. We can also supply in 14 by 14 cm and 20 by 20 cm sizes. Additionally, we offer the possibility to produce border tiles as well.
